Best honey walnut shrimp and house fried rice.

Food has always been great. Portions are right for the price, always have leftovers. I've never had a problem and always got what I ordered. Glad to support a local business!

Always good, we split the house special.

Called in an order and the lady who answered was so rude that I didn't even want anything and ended the call.

We've been eating here for years. The food and service are excellent. The vegetables are always fresh and cooked perfectly. They are a staple for good food in Sweet Home. Tons of food for a great price.

Possibly the worst Chinese food iv ever had. The sweet and sour chicken was incredible dry, the pork fried rice was plain, no vegetables, eggs, and if there was pork in it I couldn’t find it.. the chow neon was good but that’s about it... we ordered take out so I can’t say much out there customer service.

I would say that this Chinese place has great food! I usually domt like sweet and sour pork but this was amazing! Everything was fresh made and hot! Huge portions! The only thing that could use a bump is the service. It was good but not real interactive. The waitress was very quiet. More interaction would have given them a 5th star.

Absolutely the worst food and service I have ever had. Not to mention the ants we found crawling on our table and then in our food. Wish I could give no stars!

There food is delicious, I had one issue of finding egg shell in my rice but accidents happen. I still think it's a delicious restaurant.

Stop by and had lunch there the food was very pretty but the house rice was a little plane. I'm a person that likes a little bit of peas and carrots and maybe a little shrimp in my house rice. They have bottles of hot sauce and red sauce on the table you don't have to ask for it I like that

Sat their for 15 minutes no service only 2 other people eating. Finally went and got our menus. Still no service to order wont be back.

Love their food almost always hot and fresh only once had an issue. My favorite is the Mar Far chicken!

Are you still love going there but they're not as friendly as they used to be and I ask for extra soy sauce and hot mustard recharge now we charge now you know I just been a 100 bucks There they use the plight but now they just wanna hurt you up out of there I don't think I'll be going back just because of the service anymore

The food, selection and prices are great! If you ask for extra napkins, water etc the service isn't always good .

I usually do take out, and within minutes of arriving my order is ready for pick up. I recommend this restaurant to anyone coming to visit or passing through ☺.

Very good service, fair price. A bit salty for my taste. We have been there several times and would go again. Easy to find on the main street.

Zane from Zane Adventures took us out to eat. At Swan restaurant in sweethome it was wonderful service Speedy wait time even though it's Valentine's Day. We got in and got a table. Even though they were really busy they made time for us working really hard. We will definitely be back.

The food was fairly good and took less than 10 minutes to have ready to go.

Waitress had a full house she was pleasant and they were able to get out food out quickly and it looked and tasted great

I waited 15 minutes for a pot of hot water and they were so busy with takeout orders they still couldn't take my order nor could I flag them down to see if we could get or tea fixed ended up having to leave after i waited 20 + minutes still hadn't had our order taken

wist I could leave less than one star,save your money, a frozen tv dinner is better.

Rice was incredibly dry and tasted like it had been reheated a few times. Or waitress was the owner, and was obviously not counting on tips as added income. Went ten minutes after she saw both an empty soda and water glass before coming back to our table to ask if we wanted a to-go box; when i asked for a refill, she looked confused and repeated the question about a box without acknowledging the refill request. I said no to the box and had to ask again for a refill as she was walking away. She returned with a half-full refill then proceeded to sit two tables away and eat. Didn’t get another refill as she refused to even make eye contact again and finished my meal 10 min after finishing the “refill”.In short, the food was bad, and the service was unbelievably capable of being worse. By far the worst service I have ever had at a restaurant.

Yummy. Portion sizes were very large. Crab puff were so good. Sweet n sour was some of the best I've had. Mmmmm. We will be back.

I've been going here on and off for a number of years now and I've never once had a bad meal. The food is always fresh and hot when you get it, never cold or tepid like most Chinese buffets are famous for (this is not a buffet, menu order only, but most Chinese restaurants struggle to deliever hot food, as far as I have experienced).It's locally owned and operated by husband, wife and one of their mothers. During the day, the restaurant is generally pretty open and plenty of room to feel cozy. Friday nights are generally super busy, 20-25-ish cars in the parking lot at any given time.. As you have probably guessed, it's a testament to their food. Lastly, unlike some other reviews have stated, this restaurant has remained open for I believe close to 10 years, so I can't say that I see a "for sale" sign swinging from the window any time soon.

We had two orders of honey walnut shrimp with fried rice, lo mein and crab puffs for $48 and some change. I ordered the food to go. The service was nice, the lady was helpful and answered my questions. The food was not what we expected. The honey walnut shrimp turned out to be prawns with the tail on and they had a lemon flavor in addition to the Sweet Walnut sauce. The rice and lo mein were pretty plain. The crab puffs we're good though I didn't like the sauce it was more runny than the thick sweet sauce I was expecting. The portion size was really good. Unfortunately most of our food went into the garbage and we won't be returning to this restaurant.

Best Chinese I've had. The pork fried rice is the best. General tsos is my favorite. Love the crab puffs!! Very friendly staff. You will not regret going to swans!! 🍶🔥🎏🎋🎖

Customer service is always lousy and waitress/ owner is careless about making sure we had everything. We ask for things and she doesn't come back. I'd rather drive to the next city than come back here. I'm giving it 3 stars but only because the food is good. Really needs some changes though, or else it will be just another empty restaurant with a For Sale sign out front. Sad.

Lost a star cuz she was rude and food was cold.
